There customer is horrible
Their custom service is probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, There is no phone number that I can find at least you have to email them. They answered me one time ask me for more information about the bad product I received. Then stop answering me until like three weeks later saying he wasnt in the office only after I messaged them over and over then sent me a coupon for a product that didnt scan.

Your commercials featuring cats loudly and endlessly licking your pureed treats is absolutely infuriating. That disgusting sound is about as appetizing as listening to someone chew with their mouth open, and it's a trigger for people who suffer from misophonia.
Why on gods green earth did you think it was a great way to sell your product? It scrapes on my nerve endings like sandpaper and drives me freaking crazy!
I have always had cats, I love cats, and none of them have ever licked anything that loudly, so why amplify the gross noises??? I hope whoever thought of this "great idea" is locked in a room with someone who scrapes their fingernails down a chalkboard for all eternity when they shed this mortal coil.

It was the Fetch App that offered 100% back in my area and on my profile app. But they didn’t give me anything instead customer service said it’s only for certain people . I sent picture app &receipt
Vender at Fetch App didn't give 100% on temptations 4 ok $7.99 even though I bought treat had receipt and picture showing they offered it.. Its hundreds of people saying the same thing.
I didnt know if manufacturers that make them products have anything to do with it.

One of your televised ads for Temptations Treats is deceptive and *** I am disturbed by the ad in which the man is admitting to deceiving the woman about the cats ownership. His motives are self serving and dirty.
I do not purchase Temptations in response to this disturbing as, but my cat enjoys them.
I don't want to have to change my cat's treats. Please remove this as.

the lid does not stay on even after it is snapped on. if it is touched in a wrong way or falls lid comes off.
i lost about 1/3 of product, it landed in the wrong place.it is 15oz container.
which should keep them fresh. but i will say my cats love them.

Quality check??? Umm not
Went through my cats bags of temptations treats before giving them to her and found several of them broken. So I attempted to contact them through Facebook messenger and I will post what was said and the photos.
They claim "their products go through hundreds of quality checks" if thats the case then why would there be so many broken up pieces? First I'm posting my complaint: I have an issue about the quality of the treats we bought our kitty and the amount of broken up pieces is unbelievable! Its from a a bag of savory salmon and a bag of surfer's delight mixups. My husband and i sifted through and separated the regular treats and pieces we didnt want her to choke on them Now going to post temptations response: Thanks for reaching out directly.
We assure you our treats are safe to feed. They are made in our very own facilities where they undergo hundreds of quality checks before being sent out for kitties like yours to eat. Hope this helps!
